### 论文提交

研究所成员可按以下流程提交论文：

1. 在 `content/papers/` 目录下创建 Markdown 文件
2. 遵循论文写作模板规范
3. 提交至首席理论验证工程师（张铭业）进行审核
4. 审核通过后由首席技术及工程审查长（刘家成）终审
5. 正式发布并纳入搜索索引
